A German WWII E-Boat War Badge, second pattern design. The badge features a silver-finished S-boat cutting through waves, framed by a gilded oak leaf wreath. At the apex is a national eagle with outspread wings. This example shows significant wear to the gilding and silver finish, with a textured, cast appearance. Reverse includes a vertical pin and catch assembly.
