Description

A German Waffen-SS officer's right-side collar tab featuring hand-embroidered silver bullion wire Sig runes. The insignia is mounted on a black wool base with a silver-aluminum twisted cord piping border. This pattern was standard for commissioned officers within the Schutzstaffel during the Second World War.
