Description
A Danish commemorative medal for members of the Danish Brigade in Sweden (DANFORCE) during World War II. The blue enameled cross features a central gilt medallion with the Danish coat of arms under a crown. The reverse is inscribed 'DANFORCE', 'DEN DANSKE BRIGADE', and '1943-45'. It is suspended from a red ribbon with white, blue, and yellow stripes, representing the Danish and Swedish national colors.
