Description
A 1938 Gausieger badge awarded during the National Vocational Competition (Reichsberufswettkampf). The circular award features a silver-toned eagle with outstretched wings clutching a cogwheel with an enameled Hitler Youth diamond. The inscription 'GAUSIEGER 1938' is set against a cream-colored background. The badge is housed in its original red presentation case with a white satin-lined lid and a tan velvet-textured insert.
