A German silver Siegesthaler minted in 1871 to commemorate the victory in the Franco-Prussian War. The reverse features a seated figure of Borussia holding a sword and shield, inscribed with 'SIEGES THALER' and the date. The obverse typically depicts King Wilhelm I. Struck in .900 fine silver at the Berlin Mint.
