A WWII-era German SA Sports Badge (SA-Sportabzeichen) in bronze. The circular badge features a central vertical sword superimposed over a swastika, surrounded by an oak leaf wreath. The reverse includes a vertical pin back and maker's mark. This award was instituted in 1933 for physical fitness and military training proficiency among members of the Sturmabteilung and other paramilitary organizations.
